Automatic Railway Wheel Gear Dismount Press With Double Cylinders

Application scope:
This automatic railway wheel gear dismount press machine is used to dismount the large gear and its surrounding components of gearbox off from the axle. Automatically displacement detection, generate record, save and printing of the pressing curve. It's only required one operator is required to operate the press.

Main Features:

• The Wheelset Gear Dismount Press will be installed in a foundation pit.
• Double head cylinders for dismounting.
• The press is mainly composed of horizontal gantry frame, main cylinders, loading and unloading support carraige, displacement detection device, hydraulic system, electrical control system, high-pressure injection equipment and the relavent toolings etc.
• The main body is all steel welding structure and carried out stress relief annealing treatment. With sufficient strength and rigidity.
• Axle center hole positioning.
• With Automatic and Manual operation mode for optional.
• Equipped with Siemens S7 PLC and AdvanTech industrial computer to control the pressing operation.
• With high-precision pressure sensor and displacement sensor for signal collection.
• Automatically generate, record, save and print the pressing curve in the required format.
• Only one operator required to complete the whole dismounting procedures.
• Equipped with wheelset loading and unloading support carraige to deliver the wheelset into the machine, maximum support capacity 2.5 tons.
• Equipped with a mobile high-pressure injection pump (Germany MAXIMATOR). Injection capacity of 200MPa.
• Equipped with leak oil collection device.
